Returns & Exchanges
Under Australian Consumer Law, goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
You have the rights to receive goods that are of
- acceptable quality
- free from defects and of suitable durability
- as described, match the example or description and that are fit for the purpose specified.
As you can understand most items are either small batch, one off, or made to order in your size. Therefore, under ACL you are not entitled to a refund simply because you change your mind.
Although we take the utmost care, should you need to return an item because it has been damaged on its journey to you, or you have received an incorrect piece, we will send you a new or corrected item and will meet your return costs in full on receipt of the documentation in support of this. If we are unable to replace it satisfactorily, you will receive a full refund including initial shipping costs.
If you need to make a return, you must notify us by email within seven days of receipt of your order. Please quote the order number and the reason for the return. The item must be unworn and be returned in its original condition and packaging with a copy of the invoice within fourteen days of receipt. If you are concerned, you may wish to insure the parcel.
On receipt, we will send a confirmation email once we have received and accepted the item for return. Refunds can be made via the original payment method, exchange or an online gift voucher.
