Capturing the essence of the ocean, this alluring sea urchin pendant has been cast from a real sea urchin, using the ancient lost wax casting method; this has replicated the texture of this beautiful shell, perfectly.
We love nature and wanted to translate a temporary treasure in to an exquisite keepsake, perfect to give as a special gift or to treat yourself; it brings a permanent element of nature to your wardrobe and will look stunning on any occasion.
The joy of finding one of these spectacular pieces of nature entirely intact was paramount to anything else we could pick up along the shore. Even more exciting were the smallest ones. We wanted to create a piece that emulated those treasures. These tiny urchins allow you to carry your love for the ocean along with you wherever you go.

The Small Sea Urchin Pendant is available in high-quality Sterling Silver 925. The sizing below is approximate because everything is individually hand-made in our jewellery designer workshop on the Sunshine Coast, so there will be slight variations

Our jewellery pieces are available in different shapes and sizes with designs that are ocean inspired from things like a jellyfish, seahorse, coral, sea shells and other items you can find under the water or on the beach.
You can wear one of our Australian made pendants with any style of outfit. You can comfortably wear a sterling silver pendant for a casual day at the beach, a drive down the coast or a nice dinner with your lover.
We design each pendant to have subtle organic shapes, textures and elements that have been inspired by formations in the ocean or sealife itself – shells, coral, shark teeth and many other types of pendants that you can buy and have delivered to your home to wear.

At Kaikoa Designs we design and manufacture sterling silver jewellery, including pendants, that have shapes and textures that ocean themed. We are always dreaming up new jewellery design ideas with shapes we can hand craft our pieces with so that you can wear them on your ears, neck or fingers.
We take inspiration from the soft sandy beaches and the open ocean to create our Australian made earrings, pendants, rings and stacker rings from 100% sterling silver. Everything is handmade in our jewellery workshop on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
